1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to The Black Bridge Network ("TBBN", "we", "us"). By creating an account, listing a business, making a purchase, or otherwise using our website and services (the "Platform"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Accounts may be for consumers or businesses, and certain features require a business account.

3. Memberships & Subscriptions

TBBN offers a free Basic Business tier and paid tiers (Bridge Plus and Bridge Pro) billed on a recurring monthly basis. Paid subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the current billing period, and partial periods are not refunded unless required by law.

4. Founding Membership

The Founding 100 is a limited, one-time Founding Business membership offered to the first 100 qualifying businesses. Founding Membership applies to the original business account and includes Bridge Pro benefits with no recurring monthly membership fee for that account.

Additional fees may apply to advertising, events, transactions, promotional services, add-ons, and other products or services not included in Bridge Pro. Founding benefits are provided on an ongoing basis at our reasonable discretion and are subject to these Terms.

5. Payments & Fees

Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor. For marketplace sales, TBBN charges a platform fee that is deducted from the seller's proceeds; the applicable fee is shown to sellers at the time of sale. You authorize us and our processor to charge your selected payment method for all amounts due.

6. Marketplace & Sellers

Businesses may list products, services, and gift cards for sale. Sellers are solely responsible for their listings, fulfillment, tracking, customer service, taxes, and compliance with applicable law. TBBN is not a party to transactions between buyers and sellers and does not guarantee any product or service.

7. Reviews & Content

You retain ownership of content you submit (reviews, photos, listings, posts) and grant TBBN a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host and display it on the Platform. Content must be lawful, accurate, and respectful. We may remove content that violates these Terms.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to misuse the Platform, including by posting unlawful or fraudulent content, infringing others' rights, attempting to disrupt the service, scraping data without permission, or impersonating others.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TBBN is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for the acts or omissions of businesses, sellers, or other users.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using the Platform at any time. Certain provisions survive termination, including payment obligations and the disclaimers above.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date below. Your continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
